 Aaski is an Ontario based company that specializes in construction and distribution of Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) that have been designed to address both urban and rural applications. The major issue blocking the development of green energy technologies is high installed technology costs. Aaski has “Game Changing” Wind Turbine options that enable us to deliver our solution at a cost that allows us to provide the consumer with a significant cost saving We also provide Energy Storage systems that can store the wind generated energy or can be utilized independently for time shifting and backup.

Paul Sleight (CEO)

· An entrepreneur with 50 years of technical product development and Marketing experience.

· Started 7 different start-ups (taking 3 of them public) since 1979.

· As a Business Analyst has a reputation for being able to identify Customer needs and deliver solutions quickly and cost effectively.

Stephen Edmonds (Project Manager)

· Over the past 15 years has developed new cost effective wind turbine technologies 

· Has been working as a consultant and project manager for over 30 years in the IT and industrial sectors. 

Peter Filion (VP Marketing & Sales)

· He has had many years of experience in the alternative energy industry including his involvement with industrial wind turbine projects for Capital Power and Enbridge Industries with an enterprise value in excess of $500 million

· He has also been involved with projects in the oil and gas industry throughout Canada

Roland Vander Straeten (Engineering Consultant)

· Spearheaded the development of our Vertical Axis Wind turbines 

· He has designed, built and tested a prototype hydraulic transmission for wind turbines, designed and built a facility to test wind turbine transmissions, designed a wind tunnel to test wind turbine blades and headed a study on effect of turbulence on the performance of wind turbine blades. 

David M. Slater, MBA, CFA (CFO)

· David has a background in investment management, investment banking and corporate finance.

· Experience on both public and private company finance as well as mergers and acquisitions experience both in Canada and internationally.
